ESG Not Making Waves With American Public

A Gallup poll conducted in April revealed that the majority of Americans (59%) have no opinion on the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) movement. Although there are some partisan differences in opinions about ESG, neither Republicans nor Democrats are highly familiar with it. Both parties have majorities that express no opinion on whether ESG is positive or negative. The issue is not highly politicized among the American public, despite political debates surrounding ESG at the state level and its promotion by various organizations.
