This particular section of the paper discusses findings gathered from a survey conducted by the collaboration of Food + Planet, Today’s Dietitian, and John Hopkins Center for a Livable Future. Results found that 95% of dietitians want to incorporate sustainable practice and food discussions into their work and discusses the gaps and barriers that are preventing more dietitians form incorporating these practices into their daily work .
