The Future Is Served is an open-access blueprint that reimagines the food at climate and sustainability convenings as a living expression of the systems change those gatherings exist to advance. The Living Table is its flagship dining experience: a menu organized by time and place, where each course marks a stage of ecological restoration. Built for event organizers, chefs, and conveners who believe the meal in the room should reflect the future being discussed in it. Because changing the food system starts with what's on the plate, especially where decisions are made.
